Most is Most from Anchorage Brewing Company

Some people say less is more, but those fools clearly haven’t tried today’s Most is Most Quadruple IPA from Anchorage Brewing.

That’s because it’s brand freaking new and has only been tasted by a handful Alaskan locals.

Tavour’s super-tight relationship with head brewer Gabe Fletcher means they were granted exclusive access to this unbelievably smooth 11.4% ABV doozy of a brew.

Last time we got our hands on a Quad IPA from Anchorage, our members scored it a massive 4.20!

Okay, perhaps that last guy had a few too many and the huge 11.4% ABV caught up to him.

But that’s just a testament to how incredibly easy-drinking this brew is.

So, if you’re ready to abandon the “less is more” attitude and have your mind blown by this limited-release Anchorage Quadruple IPA, then snag a couple cans of Most is Most.

Appearance:

The pour is amber hazy with agitating lacing on the glass.

A generous amount of carbonation produced a thick white foam head.

Aroma:

Heavy Citra and Cryo hop aroma with fruity citrus, stone fruits and pineapple.

Flavor Profile:

  • Tangerine
  • Pineapple
  • Nectarine
  • Grapefruit
  • Mildly Bitter
  • Pine/Evergreen

Overall:

Anchorage Brewing Company is quickly becoming a favorite on my brew chart with limited “One Time” selections that have hopping great flavors.

The higher 11.4% ABV was well hidden but I can’t say the same for the effect!

Full of sweet and fruity hoppy flavor it had a FULL smooth mouthfeel with a mildly bitter-dry finish.
