Curiosity Sixty Seven from Tree House Brewing Company

Tree House Brewing Company brews a vast array of ales.

The offerings vary based on the season, our moods, and innovations discovered in the midst of day in and day out brewing.

for this curious exploration into the art and mad science of hoppy beers, we utilized all Citra hops paired with our singular house yeast.

It is buoyed by a simple grist of pale malt and a huge addition of oats in the grist.

The artisan brewery knows no bounds and we are driven by an intense curiosity of ingredients and how they blend together to create something special.

This is a contrast to Curiosity Sixty Five, starkly displaying the differences of these two highly coveted hop varieties when paired with our house yeast.

This is a wonderful, potent beer that is sure to satisfy your citrusy hop craving needs!

The pour is a yellowish cloudy haze with thick agitated lacing.

Moderate carbonation produced a continuous creamy silky white head throughout.

A nose full of passionfruit, apricot, mango and pineapple with an explosion of citrus peel, pine and hops!

  • Peach
  • Grapefruit
  • Passionfruit
  • Mango
  • Papaya
  • Bitter Tangerine
  • Pine
  • Citrus Hops

The haze phase is upon us! Tree House Brewing Company continues to raise the bar in exploration of the art and science of balanced hoppy offerings in the Curiosity line of American Imperial IPA’s.

Layer upon layer of passionfruit, zesty tangerine, grapefruit, mango and peach for a super silky creamy mouthfeel with a balanced hoppy citrus finish.
