Leccia White 650

It’s cause to stand up and celebrate! Sam Leccia is back in the cigar industry. Heading up his own label Leccia Tobacco and introducing his inaugural cigars featuring two blends the “Black & White” one called Black and the other White. The Black will use a leaf of fire-cured tobacco and will be produced in Nicaragua, while the White Label will be produced in a small factory in the Dominican Republic. Both versions will be available in 4 vitolas.
Sam first made his mark on the industry with the Oliva family and created the popular NUB line that boasted “All Sweet Spot”
First look was a slightly toothy wrapper full of aromatic sweetness. Upon first light you are treated to an effortless draw of thick creamy white smoke with flavors of pepper, roasted nuts and nuances of cedar. After cruise control burn flavors of cocoa and light coffee were prominent with notes off steady pepper and toffee. The final third gave way to spice, pepper and floral notes with dark coffee and earth. Flawlessly constructed with no touch ups needed the cigar remained lit even after I put it down for close to 15 minuets. The Leccia White was a medium to full bodied cigar that was an hour of pure smoking joy! Welcome back to the industry Sam we wish you many years of much deserved success.
